Just 8 kilometers of Naxos Town  located  Melanes village which suggested for a relaxing walking between the alleys and the narrows streets, really good variety of restaurants and traditional coffee, close to Melanes and before to arrive to Kournoxori Village someone meet a walking path which lead to Kalamitsia area, a really amazing countryside environment surrounding the palace of Jesuits.

Close by there is the  Flerio area which located an another kouros which lying in an amazing natural environment. Someone can get the road few kilometers back until the intersection which lead to Potamia Village, the greenest place in Naxos which consist of three different settlements. All of them are connected with walking paths, alongside rivers and springs under the shade of the green trees.  The fresh, cool and crystal water must taste to every visitor!
